Faux finishes begin at $2.50 a square foot, and include all materials. If a multi-toned finish (i.e., more than one layer of color) is desired, the price will be higher. Fresco and Venetian plasters start at $6.50 per square foot. There is a $50 consultation/samples fee, which will be applied toward the final cost should you wish to proceed. After our consultation, I will create at least 3 samples that will help you determine what color and technique you'd like. These samples will be sent to you for your review 5-7 days after our meeting. Once you have decided on a technique and color that you are happy with, I will give you a final quote and we will schedule a date for work to begin. A 20% deposit is necessary to schedule the project, and an additional 50% is due on the first day painting begins. If there are any changes made to the color or technique once painting has begun, there may be additional charges. The balance is due upon completion.

Mural, trompe l'oeil, or stencilling/decorative painting fees are determined by the amount of time needed. My rate starts at $500 per day, which, in most cases, includes materials. There is a $100 fee for consultation and mock-ups, which will be applied towards the final cost should you decide to commission the mural.
