Nursery Rhymescape Murals

These murals were painted in the Children's Department of the Crestwood Library in East Yonkers in the less than 2-ft high wall space above the book shelves throughout the small department. The sky and grass continue unbroken across all walls, which makes the space seem larger. Included in the "rhymescape" are Little Bo Peep, Three Blind Mice, Jack and Jill, Little Miss Muffet, Humpty Dumpty, Hey Diddle Diddle, Sing a Song of Six Pence, Little Boy Blue, Three Little Kittens and Hickory Dickory Dock. The murals were completed in 6 days.
