Peach Blossoms and Cardinals

This mural was painted on one wall of a sun room, which was first faux finished in a soft, parchment-like texture, which was a lovely backdrop for the leaves and blossoms. The trunks of the trees bend and twist as they "grow" on the walls, as do the branches and twigs of the tree, which draw the eye up to the peach blossoms and three cardinals (requested by the client for sentimental reasons) that fly or sit among the blossoms. Several dragonflies fly among the mural as well. The project was completed in a little over 2 days.
