Romanesue WindowThis arched window was painted in a powder room, the wall of which were first subtlely textured in a stipple faux finish. The courtyard garden view, with arches that mimic the arch of the window, was taken from a painting that hangs on a wall in the client's foyer (which is directly across from the powder room). To add even further interest, the wrought iron bench which sits below the painting was incorporated into the simulated window view. The window was painted in 1.5 days. |
